Loyal Coffee from Colorado Springs is coming down to Salida on Friday, December 26th (10am) to Compact HQ to do a cupping with us all. $20 gets you a ticket to taste 5 Loyal coffees. Ashley will be teaching how process, terroir, and roasting shape flavor.
